Booking Policy

A session is not officially booked or reserved until the non-refundable deposit has been paid. Until the deposit is received, all dates and times remain available to other clients. Inquiries, consultations, or verbal confirmation do not guarantee an appointment.

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session date. Payment must be made in full by this deadline in order for the session to proceed as planned.

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is required to secure your date and time and to cover the time, preparation, and availability reserved specifically for your session.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all payments are submitted on time.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline will result in cancellation of the session and the client will be required to rebook. The original appointment time will no longer be available, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a new date.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of session booked and are subject to change based on workload, booking volume, seasonal demand, and the scope of the session. All turnaround estimates begin after the session date and are based on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

Each gallery is edited with care to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency. Although some galleries may be completed earlier, the turnaround times listed below should be considered the standard delivery window.

Estimated turnaround times are as follows:

• Sports sessions: 3–5 business days

• Portrait sessions: 5–7 business days

• Event sessions: 7–10 business days

• Studio sessions: 7–10 business days

 

Turnaround times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume booking periods. In the event of an unexpected delay, communication will be provided as soon as possible.

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your session date and time. Once paid, the deposit reserves that appointment exclusively for you and compensates for the time and availability set aside for your booking.

One reschedule may be allowed with at least 7 days’ notice. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved based on the current schedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new non-refundable deposit in order to book a future session. Because last-minute changes often prevent that time from being filled, this policy helps protect reserved appointment slots and business scheduling.

In the event of a full cancellation, the original deposit will not be refunded. Clients who wish to book again in the future will be required to submit a new non-refundable deposit to secure another date.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If a client arrives late, that time will be deducted from the scheduled session. Sessions will still end at the original scheduled time, and lost time due to lateness will not be extended, refunded, or made up.

If a client arrives 20 minutes late or more, the session may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion, and the client will be required to rebook with a new non-refundable deposit. The original deposit will not be transferred or refunded.

 

This policy helps ensure that all sessions run on schedule and that reserved time is respected.

Clients will receive edited final images only. Raw or unedited files are not included and will not be delivered under any circumstances.

Raw images are unfinished files and do not reflect the final quality, style, or artistic standard of the photographer’s work. Editing is an essential part of the creative process, and all delivered images are carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure the final gallery is consistent with the photographer’s brand and quality standards.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept that the photographer retains full creative control over image selection and editing. Requests for raw files, unedited images, or additional unedited proofs will not be accepted.
